Strange isn’t it?

You spend a lot of your time taking care of other people. Worrying about their health and happiness. Putting their needs ahead of yours. Spending your resources – energy, time and money on them.

But when it comes to yourself, not so much.

You power on through with coffee, Cava and chocolate and convincing people you’re “fine”.

You’re not fine though are you?

You’re sick and tired of feeling sick and tired.

Fed up with being a slave to sucky hormone  symptoms from adult acne through period problems to weight gain.

Labels like “infertility”, “PCOS”, “fibroids” or “menopause” hanging around your neck.

Saddened that you’re not the woman you want to be, living the life you want to live.

Desperate for things to change.

It’s time to do something about it. Things don’t change unless you start doing something differently!

You know that you can feel better and look better.

More energy. Better sleep. More “normal” cycles.

Less sucky symptoms like bloating, cramping and flushing.

You can achieve your goals like the baby of your dreams…

…or getting to goal weight …

…or clearing your skin …

…or finding your long-lost sex-drive.

Yes, you can look a-m-a-z-i-n-g

Great hair, peachy skin, slimmer figure.

With a sassy spring back in your step

So what are you going to do to get that vavavoom?

Especially, if you don’t fancy taking meds that mask the symptoms but don’t tackle the root causes.

Well you could do one of THREE things ….

  1. Bury your hand in the sand and carry on, putting up with all that shizzle
  2. Learn how to tackle your issues yourself and introduce some hormone-balancing, fertility-fuelling and symptom-sorting habits into your life.
  3. Hire someone to teach you how to protect and boost your hormone health or fertility, general health and happiness. Someone to support you and hold you accountable.

I wouldn’t recommend A). You only get one life, right?

And, hello there. I can help you on BOTH B) and C). Yay.

I can provide information and support your transformation from hormone-y to harmony.

Let me introduce myself…

Hey, I’m Kathy Payne

A reformed overweight, unfit, exhausted, sick and cranky corporate stress-bunny turned women’s natural hormone health and fertility expert.

I went into Perimenopause totally depleted and suffered the consequences in mind and body. Be smart. Learn from my life and health lessons. And my years of study.

I’ve been helping women improve their health, hormones, fertility and happiness for almost a decade.

I use food, supplements, lifestyle tweaks and natural therapies to harmonise hormones, naturally.   More Wellbeing Fairy Godmother than Health Police. I know you’re busy and not into deprivation and dastardly detoxes.

I teach classes and courses (online and in person) and work one-on-one.

I write for some BIG women’s online and print magazines.

And I support employers to manage menopause in the workplace and teach women employees super self-care to reduce the impact of their menopause symptoms on work and life.

More importantly, I’m passionate about helping women protect, boost and balance hormone health throughout their lives, naturally. In a crazy world full of hormone-disrupting and fertility-harming nasties.

Whether you’re looking for quick and easy ways to tackle a specific issue or a VIP one-on-one coaching programme that helps you reach your health goals, I’ll work with you to make it happen.

I have self-study classes and courses and one-on-one coaching packages to suit all needs.

For top tips and guidance on all things women’s health and hormones, take a look at my blog. Chances are there’s a blog to help YOU. If there’s not, never fear, drop me a line and I’ll write one for you.

Want to know even more about me?

Here’s the skinny!

I’m a Geordie exiled in Norwich, UK, since my Uni days. I live with the long-suffering Mr P (IT guru, baker of bread and exceedingly good cakes, all round good egg) and two crazy, blonde labrdoodle dogs.

As a life-long learner, you’ll find my nose buried in books and courses. I also love a bit of woo woo – law of attraction, affirmations, crystals and cards.

When I’m not helping clients calm hormone havoc, I’m cooking up a (healthy) storm in the kitchen and growing things to eat in my garden.  I’m a SuperFoodie!

I love rock music, comedy and the theatre daaaaahhling.

My guilty pleasures are the trashy mags you find in hairdressing salons, detective TV series, red wine and quality dark chocolate – sometimes all at the same time!

And I’m a Meno Maven loud and proud, managing my own symptoms naturally.

It’s good to meet you.

Love,
